Shipping destinations

We ship to nearly any city or town in India where courier service is available. Depending on the order, destination, and product type, shipments may be sent through express courier, Speed Post, surface/land transport, or another suitable logistics partner. Please note that we do not ship outside of India.

Shipping costs

Shipping is not charged at a flat rate. The final shipping charge is determined based on the packed order's weight and volume / volumetric weight, along with the destination and the most suitable courier or transport service. Because package dimensions and weight vary from order to order, shipping charges may differ even for orders of a similar value.

Liquid items are shipped only by surface/land transport and are not sent by air. This may result in longer transit times for orders containing liquid products. Applicable shipping charges will be confirmed based on the final packed shipment.

Shipping & delivery times

• Processing Time: We are committed to speedy delivery as we understand your order is date-specific. Orders received before 4 PM are usually shipped on the same day, except on national holidays and Sundays. Orders received after 4 PM are shipped on the next business day.
• Estimated Delivery Time: Express shipments typically arrive within 2 to 5 business days, depending on your location and courier service. Orders containing liquid items are shipped by surface/land transport and may take longer. The transit time begins the first full shipping day after the package leaves our facility. Please note, there are no deliveries on Sundays or Public Holidays.
• Tracking Your Order: To accurately monitor your package, simply follow the tracking link in the email you will receive on the day your package is shipped.

In-warehouse pickup

If you've chosen to collect your order from our warehouse, we will notify you as soon as it's ready for pickup. You can then collect it approximately one hour after receiving the "fulfilment confirmed" email. For our location and a map, please click here.
